ordering by phone
business hours are from 10:00 am - 5:00 pm et., monday-friday. we also have a 24 hour automated system to help expedite orders. we call back all orders placed on our automated system within the business day to confirm your order along with delivery date. on high volume orders, a delivery schedule will be given along with confirmation.

ordering by fax
for your convenience you may fax your order to us 24 hours a day at 877-677-7427.

ordering by mail
when ordering by mail, include your complete shipping address, contact name, street or route, city, zip code and any special instructions required for prompt and correct delivery. mail orders can be sent c.o.d. or enclose a check, money order or credit card number, expiration date and signature with order (see terms of payment). prepaid mail orders must include a sufficient amount for shipping. any over payment will receive credit on a future order.
